Most potential buyers will only spend a few seconds browsing the main photograph of your property on the property websites, and those you are competing against, before choosing whether to click to see additional photographs and details. If the main photograph does not impress, they may not go any further with your property.
At Thomas Brown Estates we fully understand that the way in which a property is marketed and presented could be the ‘make or break’ of its success. High quality photographs of your property could potentially result in your sale price being thousands of pounds more. Quality photographs will increase buyer interest, and as a result increase the number of viewings you achieve, and therefore increase buyer competition for your property.
We use professional standard, High Definition cameras and remote flash guns that can evenly light a room without causing shadows. A member of our Instruction Team will visit your property and take photographs of each room from the best angles to maximise your property’s attributes and selling points. We also take great pride in capturing those perfect blue-sky outdoor images. Therefore if we are unable to get that perfect shot on the day of instruction we will return to your property on a sunny day to make sure that we get a bright, sunny blue-sky shot of your property – to help promote it in its full glory!
Quality photographs will transform the way in which your property will come across to a prospective buyer. Remember: A picture paints a thousand words!
Make your property stand out from the crowd! We can offer aerial photographs of your home using a drone - or Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) based camera.
For some properties, an aerial photograph can greatly increase buyer appeal.
Drones enable us to capture some truly unique images of your property, and are often more attractive to potential buyers than standard photographs.
An aerial photograph can offer a better understanding of the general setting and location of your property. Even houses, bungalows and flats that look relatively plain from ground level can be given an aesthetic advantage by photographing them from an elevated point.
